BE IT ENACTED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AS FOLLOWS:
1. Purpose;
The purpose of this Local Low is to prohibit, under penalty of fine for violation, the parking
of any vehicle on a portion of Glen Lake Rood in the Town of Queensbury.
2. Definitions:
Curbline: The prolongation of the lateral line of a curb or, in the absence of o curb, the
lateral boundary line of the povement of the roadway.
t For the purpose of this Local Low, the words "Motor Vehicle," "Vehicle," "Person," and
i "Park" shall have the some meaning as set forth for the definitions of such words in the Vehicle
and Traffic Low of the State of New York.
3. No Parking on Glen Lake Rood in the Town of Queensbury:
No motor vehicle or other vehicle of any kind shall be allowed or permitted to park and
no persons shall park a motor vehicle or other vehicle for any period of time on or on either
side or in the right-of-way of"
All that piece of portion of Glen Lake Rood in the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren,
State of New York, which begins at the intersection of Glen Lake Road and the eosterly
curbline of Birch Road and proceeds east to the intersection of said Glen Lake Road and
the westerly curbline of Elm Drive.
4. Penalty:
Any person violating any provision or paragraph of Section 3 of this Local Low, shall, upon
conviction, be punishable for a first offense by a fine not to exceed$25.00, and for a second
offense by a fine not to exceed $50.00. In addition to the aforesaid penalties, the Town Board
of the Town of Queensbury may institute any proper action, suit, or proceeding, to prevent,
restrain, correct, or obate any violation of this Local Low.
5. This Local Low shall take effect immediately upon filing thereof in the Office of the Secretory
