SECTION 1 TITLE:
This Local Low shall be known as "A Local Low Amending Local Low No. 2,
1982, Regulating Overnight Winter Parking on Public Hiahl,voys".
SECTION 2: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Local Low is to.omend Section 1 of Local Low No. 2, 1982,
to read as follows:
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any type of vehicle to
cause or to permit said vehicle to stand upon the portion of any highway, as "highway"
is defined by Section No. 718 of the Vehicle & Traffic Low of the State of New York,
within the Town of Oueensbury, during the hours from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m.,
commencing on November 15 of each and every year , and continuing to the following

months of December, January, February and Alarch.
SECTION 2:
This Local Low shall take effect immediately.
