Section 1. Chapter 96 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury,
Section 96-49 Dumping prohibited, is hereby amended to read as
follows :
§96-4 Dumping prohibited.
No person, firm or corporation shall dump or deposit any
offal, garbage or refuse of any kind-- upon any lands in the Town
of Queensbury except in or upon lands designated by the Town of
Queensbury as a Town of Queensbury/City of Glens Falls Landfill.
Section 2.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing
thereof in the Office of the Secretary of State.
