RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF RADAR FEEDBACK
SIGNS/UNITS FROM TRAFFIC LOGIX

WHEREAS, the Queensbuiy Town Board wishes to purchase five (5) radar
feedback signs/units,and
WHEREAS, the Town Purchasing Agent requested and received quotes for such
radar feedback signs/units and the lowest quote is from Traffic Logix dated 4/10/2019 in
the amount of$13,745 and therefore the Town Board wishes to authorize the purchase,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbuiy Town Board hereby authorizes the purchase of
five (5) radar feedback signs/units from Traffic Logix for the amount of $13,745 in
accordance with Traffic Logix Quote No.: QUO-02288-N9S2X10 dated 4/10/2019
presented at this meeting, to be paid from the Traffic Signs Account No.: 001-3310-4160,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Budget Officer to
take all actions necessary to amend the Town Budget and effectuate the transfer from the
General Fund Undesignated Fund Balance Account No.: 001-0000-0909 in the amount of
$13,745 to Traffic Signs Account No.: 001-3310-4160 to fund such purchase, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to sign any needed documentation, and the Town Supervisor, Town Purchasing
Agent and/or Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
