SECTION I. Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury,
Section 181-5 is hereby amended to read as follows:
S 161-5. Appointment and terms of members.
On and after July 1, 1992, the Town Board of the Town
of Queensbury shall continue to be authorized to
appoint a Zoning Board of Appeals consisting of seven
(7) members and shall designate the Chairman thereof,
with terms to be five (5) years in aurattion; prt any timeovided,
after
however, that the Town Board may,

following adoption of the resolution.
SECTION 2. Effective Date.
