SECTION 1 . The Code of the Town of Queensbury is hereby amended by
renumbering Chapter 182, entitled "Civil "Enforcement, " which was
duly adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury on July 7,
1997, as Chapter 7 .
SEC76ION 2 . Effective Date.
This Local Law shall take effect upon filing in the office of
the New York Secretary of State as provided in Section 27 of the
New York Municipal Home Rule Law.
