RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO TOWN ETHICS BOARD
RESOLUTION NO.: 133, 2019

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 159,2014, the Queensbury Town Board appointed the
mandatory five (5) Members to the Town’s Board of Ethics (Members), two of the Members for an
initial term of two (2) years and three Members for an initial term of four (4) years as required by
Queensbury Town Code Chapter 14, “Code of Ethics” as follows:
1. Paul Abess – four (4) year term (term to expire 5/5/18);
2. Kevin W. Conine – four (4) year term (term to expire 5/5/18);
3. Kurt Koskinen – four (4) year term (term to expire 5/5/18);
4. Patricia Murray – two (2) year term (term to expire 5/5/16); and
5. Lisa Woititz – two (2) year term (term to expire 5/5/16);
and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 57,2016, the Town Board appointed Steven Jackoski to fill
the unexpired term of Kevin Conine, who resigned, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the retroactive reappointment of these
Members,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and ratifies, retroactive to
the respective terms’ expiration dates, the reappointment of the following members to the Queensbury
Ethics Board:
1. Paul Abess – (term to expire 5/5/22);
2. Steven Jackoski – four (4) year term (term to expire 5/5/22);
3. Kurt Koskinen – four (4) year term (term to expire 5/5/22);
4. Patricia Murray – two (2) year term (term to expire 5/5/20); and
5. Lisa Woititz – two (2) year term (term to expire 5/5/20);
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Clerk to take any and all actions to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
