RESOLUTION INCREASING PETTY CASH ALLOTMENT
IN WATER DEPARTMENT
RESOLUTION NO.: 180, 2019

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, certain Departments of the Town of Queensbury are allotted petty cash in order
to purchase necessities such as postage or supplies on a more timely basis, and
WHEREAS, the Town’s Water Superintendent has requested a $100 increase in the
Departments’ petty cash allotment, from $100 to $200, in order to provide for water testing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes an increase in the Town
Water Department’s petty cash allotment from $100 to $200, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Water Superintendent
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
