WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 465, 2018, the Queensbury Town Board adopted its Year
2019 Salary and Wage Schedules for its part-time hourly, management and non-management, non-
union staff, and

WHEREAS, presently the 2 Deputy Tax Receiver position is vacant, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s Town Clerk and Tax Receiver (Town Clerk) has

recommended reestablishing the duties and responsibilities of the 1 and 2 Deputy Tax Receivers, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has further recommended certain salary adjustments for the two
positions, and

WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend the 2019 salaries for the 1 and 2 Deputy Tax
Receivers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 465, 2018

such that the 2019 annual salaries for the 1 and 2 Deputy Tax Receivers shall be:

BE IT FURTHER,

RESOLVED, that the salary for the 1 Deputy Tax Receiver shall become effective June 4,
2019 prorated to her weekly rate going forward, and

RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 465, 2018 in all
other respects.
