Supervisor Borgos-Opened the meeting and requested an executive session.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 216, 1991 Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mr. George Kurosaka:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into Executive Session to
discuss professional services, personnel, items of Attorney Client privilege and possible litigation.
Duly adopted this 15th day of April, 1991, by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mr. Borgos
Noes: None
AbsentMrs. Monahan
