RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 426, 1991, Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mr. George Kurosaka:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive session to
discuss professional services.
Duly adopted this 5th day of August, 1991 by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mr. Borgos
Noes: None
Absent: Mrs. Monahan

RESOLUTION ADJOURNING
RESOLUTION NO. 427, 1991, Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who moved for its adoption,
seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves out of executive session and adjourns its meeting.
