DANIEL OLSON : WHEREAS, SECTION 37 OF THE TOWN LAW SETS FORTH THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS AND WHEREAS , SUCH SECTION OF THE TOWN LAW PERMITS THE .TbWN BOARD TO AUTHORIZE THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS TO TEMPORARILY INVEST TAX MONIES IN HIS CUSTODY , NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , THAT THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS OF THE TOWN OF QUEENS. BURY IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO , WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS , DEPOSIT ALL SUCH SUMS OF MONEY IN INTEREST BEARING ACCOUNTS , DESIGNATED AS MONEY MARKET DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS AND SUPER NOW ACCOUNTS IN A BANK OR TRUST COMPANY DESIGNATED BY THE TOWN BOARD AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING THEREOF , AND IT IS FURTHER i RESOLVED , THAT THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS OF THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY IS DIRECTED TO PAY SUCH MONIES SO INVESTED TO THE WARREN COUNTY TREASURER NO SOONER THAN THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE RECEIPT OF SUCH TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS . i DULY ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE : AYES : MR.
