RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TOWN BOARD'S ACCEPTANCE OF CHECK FOR DAMAGES TO TOWN-OWNED MOTOR VEHICLE RESOLUTION NO.: 116,92 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mrs. Susan Goetz WHEREAS, an Automobile Loss Report was filed with Cool Insuring Agency, Inc. for damages to a Town-owned vehicle, and WHEREAS, a check in the amount of $301.81 has been offered by The Travelers Insurance Company to cover repairs to be performed by Top of the World Auto Body, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the acceptance of a check from The Travelers Insurance Companies in the amount of $301.81 for the damages. Duly adopted this 10th day of February, 1992, by the following vote: AYES : Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt NOES : None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH FUND FOR QUEENSBURY /GLENS FALLS JOINT LANDFILL RESOLUTION NO.: 117,92 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Pliney Tucker WHEREAS, the Superintendent for the Queensbury/Glens Falls Joint Landfill has requested the establishment of a petty cash fund, not to be spent, but for use by the Landfill employees to make change for customers coming through the Queensbury/Glens Falls Joint Landfill, and WHEREAS, such petty cash funds are provided for under ~ 64 of the Town Law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a petty cash fund in the amount of $25.00, in the form of twenty-five $1.00 bills, is established for the Queensbury/Glens Falls Joint Landfill for the purpose of making change at the Landfill. Duly adopted this 10th day of February, 1992, by the following vote: AYES : Mrs. Monahan, Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt NOES : None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 118,92 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Michel Brandt WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mrs. Susan Goetz RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves into Executive Session to discuss litigation-Regency Park Assessment.
