RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 284, 1991, Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
moves into Executive Session to discuss personnel matter, real property acquisition and another personnel
matter.
Duly adopted this 13th day of May, 1991, by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Borgos
Noes: None
Absent: None
RESOLUTION ADJOURNING FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 185, 1991, Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
RESOLVED, that the Board hereby adjourns from the Executive Session.
