6 - Variance Pictures of 45 Alessia Drive Setback Picture 1 – The home faces south with a 25 foot setback along the east side of the property. The neighbors along that boundary each have a 15 foot setback. Picture 2 – The east boundary of the property. The new survey marker is located just to the left of the old property marker. The new marker, on the new survey line, is the wooden stake located next to a new pin. The old iron marker is taller than the wooden stake and 2.6 feet to the right. The property line is adjacent to a forested area which separates this home from the neighbors to the east. It is approximately 330 feet to the neighbor’s home. Picture 3 – This view is looking south from the furthest point north of the home along the 25 foot setback located on the east side of the home. Picture 4 – This is a view from the southeast corner of the home looking to the south to the nearest neighbor which is approximately 280 feet away. Picture 5 – The old marker is the iron stake with the yellow and orange tape. The wooden stake marks the newest survey line. The new pin, which should eliminate any future confusion, can be seen at the base of the wooden marker. The distance between these two markers results is a discrepancy of 2.6 feet. Picture 6 – At the west and north section of the home are the garage, outdoor patio, covered decks and multiple entrances. Most of the outdoor activity will take place in this area not along the property line where the setback variance is needed.
