DISCUSSION - ABANDONMENT OF RAILROAD, DELAWARE & HUDSON
Attorney Dusek spoke to the Town Board regarding Abandonment of Railroad, Delaware & Hudson ...
referred to letter presented at this meeting authorizing Town Attorney to send the letter to New York State
Department of Transportation, notifying them of the following:
That the Town Board feels that the abandonment of the railroad section is acceptable and
that the Town is willing to work with the City of Glens Falls and is not interested in imposing its
view on the right-of-way in the City.

DISCUSSION - PEGGY ANN WATER DISTRICT
Attorney Dusek spoke to the Town Board regarding Peggy Ann Water District Settlement Agreement ...
referred to Acknowledgement of Full Payment, to be signed by the Town Supervisor stating the following:
$37,000 is being received from Farone, that being for the BGH and Farone portion of the
investment fee, it intends to release only BGH and Farone and no other person, and the future
tax for the rest of the district will also tax their property as well.
Attorney Dusek noted, this also allows Mr. Farone to attempt to get his share of the $37,000 from BGH.
Town Board agreed to go ahead and move with that document.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 349,92, Introduced by Mr. Nick Caimano who moved for it's adoption, seconded by
Mr. Pliney Tucker.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns from Regular
Session and enter Executive Session to review the credentials of certain persons and discuss the potential
hiring of those persons.
Duly adopted this 24th day of June, 1992, by the following vote:
ALL THOSE IN FAVOR: Ayes
ALL THOSE OPPOSED: None
ABSENT: None
RESOLUTION TO RECONVENE
RESOLUTION NO. 350,92, Introduced by Mr. Nick Caimano who moved for it's adoption, seconded by
Mrs. Susan Goetz.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns from Executive
Session and enter Regular Session of the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 24th day of June, 1992, by the following vote:
ALL THOSE IN FAVOR: Ayes
ALL THOSE OPPOSED: None
ABSENT: None
No further action was taken.
