Supervisor Brandt called meeting to order ...
Councilman Goetz spoke to the Town Board regarding policies relating to sewer variance waivers for
Central Queensbury Sewer District. Councilman Goetz noted that Mike Shaw questioned whether or not
he should require the applicant to provide three estimates from Town Approved contractors to be submitted
with the completed waiver request form.
Town Board held discussion and agreed that Mr. Shaw require the three estimates to be submitted along
with completed waiver form.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns from Regular
Session and enter Executive Session to discuss a Personnel Matter.
Duly adopted this 18th day of September, 1992, by the following vote:

ALL THOSE OPPOSED: None
ABSENT: None
No further action was taken.
