Supervisor Brandt-Opened the Meeting-this meeting is two fold interviewing candidates for the Board of
Ethics and later a workshop session budget for Codes, Zoning and Planning...
Councilman Caimano- The first applicant that we are going to see tonight her husband works for me, I will
leave it up to the Board do you think I should excuse myself, I will.
Discussion held by the Town Board-It was agreed that Mr. Caimano should be in on the interviewing of the
applicant.
Councilman Goetz-Noted that she attended the Recreation Commission Meeting and that Mary Sperry has
resigned, a replacement is needed...
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 566, 92

SECONDED BY: Mrs. Susan Goetz
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into Executive Session to
conduct interviews for the Town of Queensbury Ethics Board.
Duly adopted this 22nd day of October, 1992 by the following vote:
ALL THOSE IN FAVOR: AYES
ALL THOSE OPPOSED: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ON MOTION THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS ADJOURNED
