RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into Executive Session to
discuss a matter that is currently in litigation.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns its Executive Session and
moves back into Regular Session.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO GENERAL CONTRACT - lA
CONCERNING WATER TREATMENT PLANT ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING
RESOLUTION NO.: 615,92

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously authorized and approved the
award of a contract for the construction of an administrative building for the Town of Queensbury Water
Department, and
WHEREAS, O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., has advised that certain modifications are necessary
on the project which require review and approval of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
modifications described in a letter dated October 30, 1992 from O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., and finds
that the previously authorized amount for the project will not be exceeded by the changes, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town of
Queensbury, any change orders or other documents that are necessary to accomplish the intent and
purposes of this resolution.

Supervisor Brandt- Requested that the Town Clerk look into resolutions passed last year allocating funds
for furnishings for the building...
Councilman Monahan-Requested if no resolution was done obtain a ball park on how much funding will be
needed to furnish the building...
DISCUSSION
The Town Board and Representatives of the North Queensbury Fire Co., discussed proposed new fire
facility.
On motion the meeting was adjourned.
