Request by Pyramid Co. of Glens Falls for an extension of a contract.
Councilman Goetz-You mentioned banking problems, is that the basic reason for this?
Mr. Gagliano-In todays banking environment, they are looking to get practically every lease signed and
everything secured that they can possibly get, before they sign a loan. Noted construction financing is not
final as of yet.
Councilman Goetz-Questioned the time frame... ?
Mr. Gagliano-Noted that there is no date set ... It is a question of getting enough leases signed and paper
work in place...
