SEXTONS, FUNERAL DIRECTORS and UNDERTAKERS violating the law relative to the return of permits are liable to a penalty of NOT LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS NOR MORE THAN FIFTY DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE.
