1993-03-11 SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MARCH 11, 1993 5:00 p.m. MTG. #21 RES. #181 TOWN BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Michel Brandt Councilman Susan Goetz Councilman Pliney Tucker TOWN BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT Councilman Betty Monahan Councilman Nick Caimano (Councilman Betty Monahan and Councilman Nick Caimano waived their rights to attend this meeting) Meeting Opened by Supervisor Michel Brandt Supervisor Brandt-The purpose of this meeting is to reschedule a public hearing on a sewer variance for Mr. McCall, it is my understanding that he will lose the sale of his house if we do not move on this and therefore I would offer a resolution to change the public hearing from what we did the other day to March 22nd. RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. 9, 93 CONCERNING VARIANCE OF SANITARY SEW AGE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE FOR JOHN MC CALL RESOLUTION NO.: 181,93 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Michel Brandt WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mrs. Susan Goetz WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, acting as the Local Board of Health for the Town of Queensbury, previously adopted resolution no. 9, 93 to set a public hearing on March 29, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the application for a variance ofMr. John McCall from certain standards of the Lake George Wastewater Manual, and WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to amend said resolution to read that the public hearing be held on March 22, 1993, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, acting as the Local Board of Health for the Town of Queensbury, hereby amends resolution no. 9, 93, to read as set forth hereinabove. Duly adopted this 11th day of March, 1993, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Brandt NOES : None ABSENT: Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Caimano Councilman Goetz-We have noticed the Lake George Park Commission that the meeting was to be March 29th will that be automatically changed... Town Clerk-Yes Councilman Tucker-The no vote the other night was just to dramatize that I do not think that we should be doing the Lake George Commissions work. On motion the meeting is adjourned.
