Supervisor Brandt called meeting to order ... we're calling a quick meeting of the Town Board while we've
got a forum and I need a resolution authorizing my signature to a letter that was prepared by myself and the
attorney to DEC concerning the landfill.

I would like to offer this Resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign this letter to go to
Mr. Thomas Monroe, DEC, Ray Brook, New York, asking for an extension of our permit to operate the
Landfill until April 7, 1994, this would be to extend the time from October of 1993.
Duly adopted this 8th day of September, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Mrs. Goetz, Mr. Tucker, Mr. Brandt
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Caimano
