RESOLUTION TO APPOINT DEPUTY COURT CLERK
RESOLUTION NO. 57.94
INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of appointing Ms. Kerrie J. Lewis of
Hicks Road, Queensbury, to the position of Deputy Court Clerk, effective January 26, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints Ms. Kerrie J. Lewis as
Deputy Court Clerk for the year 1994 at an annual salary of $18,500. and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the salary or wages paid to Kerrie Lewis shall be from the appropriate Town of
Queensbury Court Clerk Payroll account.
Duly adopted this 24th day of January, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Champagne
NOES; None
ABSENT: Mrs. Monahan

interested in selling the property...
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 58.94

RESOLVED, that the Town Board moves into Executive Session to interview candidates for various
boards.
