WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

presented as Warrants with run dates of July 25 and August 1, 2019 and payment dates of July

25 and August 6, 2019,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the two (2) Warrants with
thstthth
run dates of July 25 and August 1, 2019 and payment dates of July 25 and August 6, 2019
totaling $211,161.44 and $1,584,729.21, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
