GEORGE WISW ALL COUNCILMAN NICK CAIMANO COUNCILMAN CAROL PULVER RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 535.94 INTRODUCED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into Executive Session to discuss a matter that is in litigation. Duly adopted this 24th day of October 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Champagne NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION ADJOURNING EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 536.94 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Dr. R. George Wiswall RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns its Executive Session and moves into Regular Session. Duly adopted this 24th day of October, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne NOES: None ABSENT: None DISCUSSIONS FIRE CONTRACTS Town Attorney Paul Dusek handed out to the Town Board the latest draft of the Fire Company Contracts...The Town Board went through each paragraph and made changes as they felt necessary... the Town Attorney will now have a new copy made for each Board Member with the appropriate changes as discussed. EMS contracts were discussed it was the decision of the Town Board to have the Town Attorney mirror this contract with the Fire Company Contract with the appropriate dollar amounts being changed. SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN BUDGET The Budget Hearing will be November 9th 1994 at 7:00 P.M. a resolution will be forthcoming at the next meeting of the Town Board. PENFLEX (FIRE COMPANY SERVICES AWARDS) It was the decision of the Town Board to have the Fire Committee meet with PENFLEX on Tuesday, November 1st. 1994 at 1:00 P.M. QUEENSBURYBARNINVENTORY Supervisor Champagne - questioned the Board if they wanted a Bam inventory done...it was the decision of the Board to have Councilman Monahan make the decision...Councilman Monahan supported the inventory project...a motion will be forthcoming at the next meeting.. DISCUSSION REGARDING BOOKKEEPER Supervisor Champagne-Noted that the Bookkeeper is leaving on Wednesday...discussion was held regarding advertising of the job.... suggested that the auditor could help the board through the rest of the budget process...suggested that the Board meet and discuss what is needed in the department, suggested restructuring the office... RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 537.94 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Duly adopted this 24th day of October, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Champagne NOES: None ABSENT: None Supervisor Champagne-Announced a meeting with NIMO on Wednesday night at 7:00 P.M at the Ramada Inn...asked the Town Board Members to attend...regarding PCB's Highway Supt. Paul Naylor-We had a meeting last week with the City of Glens Falls and Paul is writing a set of agreements that we made for you to review and I wish you would contact me at you earliest convenience when you get them and let me know your feelings on thern. The Board decided that this will be discussed at a highway committee meeting. BUDGET WORKSHOP EMERGENCY SERVICES On motion the meeting was adjourned. Respectfully submitted Miss Darleen M.
