Hearst, III and Christine E. Hearst 244 Lake Parkway—Assembly Point— Lake George Camp Stinkle Renovation Tax Map ID's: 226.19-1-74, 79 Dear Chairmen Traver, Freer& Board Members: This office along with Cifone Construction represents George R. Hearst, III and Christine E. Hearst with respect to their Camp Stinkle Renovation project on Assembly Point. The project proposes to renovate and reconstruct the existing home in it's present location, while elevating it approximately 2-ft and constructing a new, proper foundation. The home is presently situated at 50.5-ft from the shore and has a pier foundation. A new porch, screen porch and lakeside deck are also proposed. In accordance with our communications with the Zoning Administrator, Area Variances are required for the deficient lake setback (67-ft required, average of 2-adjoining parcels) and for the expansion of a non-conforming structure. Furthermore, Site Plan Review is required for increasing floor area to a building with a Critical Environmental Area. Enclosed please find 15 sets of submission packages for each of the boards. We respectfully request that this item be placed upon the agendas of the boards at the September meetings. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you require additional information.
