At the above referenced project location this office has performed periodic site observations of the
work as construction progressed. The remaining open items prior to this last field visit were;
• Complete the installation of the exhaust system and male-up air units and provide final
balancing report.
• Complete the installation of the asphalt paving at the entry canopy to avoid a tripping hazard
at the main entry canopy.
These items have been completed and John Carr has a copy of the balancing report for the HVAC
system which he can provide at the time of final inspection.
Otherwise all items appear to be installed in accordance with the approved design documents and
all installations are acceptable to this office. If there are any additional questions please contact
this office to discuss.
