Parcel 3, which Parcels are particularly described in a deed from Pyramid
Structures Company, Inc. to Pyramid Company of Glens Falls dated June 2, 1975
and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office on July 8, 1975 in Book of
Deeds No. 589 at Page 646.

of lands owned by the City of Glens Fails, which iron pipe is also the.point of
beginning of Parcel 3 as described in the deed from Pyramid Structures Company,
Inc. to Pyramid Company of Glens Falls. dated June 2,1975 and recorded in the
Warren County Clerk's Office on July B; 1975, in Book of Deeds No. 589 at Page
646; running thence S WIVE, and along the northerly line of lands now or
formerly owned by the City of Glens Falls, Reardon and LaPann and Rudnick and
DeAngelis, a distance of 918.42 feet to an iron pipe set in the westerly bound-
ary 8f another parcel owned by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation; thence running
N 19 O6'E along such westerly boundary a distance of 585.28 feet to an iron pipe
set in the southerly boundary of the first above-mentioned parcel awned by
Niagara Mohawk; thence running S 68000'W along said southerly boundary a distance
of 99.527 feet to a point; thence running S 19006'W a distance of 433.955 feet
to a point; thence running N 830181W a distance of 680.961 feet to a point in I.
