LICENSE AGGREMENT & SITE SURVEY LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the _�j day of 2019, by and between
NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPQRATION, a transportation corporation of the State
of New York, with,tts principal office and place of business at 300 Erie Boulevard West,
Syracuse,Neyv,York 13202,hereinafter called"Licensor" and 74 QUAKER LLC a New York
limited liability company having its principal office at 15 Braeside Circle, Queensbury, New
York 12804,hereinafter called"Licensee",
WITNESSETH:
SUBJECT to such terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in this Agreement,Licensor
does hereby consent to Licensee, without covenant or warranty of any kind, express or implied,
permission to use, construct and maintain an access roadway, parking area, dumpster pad and
sign(collectively, "Improvements")upon an approximately .33 acre parcel of land known as the
Spier -Queensbury 115kv line (6.3 S47 M5 ;C-8816-E); Lake George—Glens Falls Feeder Dam
Tap Operating as Queensbury-Henry St #14 34.5kv line (6.3-L4-M5; Q-437); Sherman Island-
Queensbury operating as Spier-Queensbury #17 115kv line (6.3-S15-M5; Q-603) lines/corridor
("Rights-of-Way"), on Quaker Road in the Town of-Queensbury, County of Warren and State of
New York, as described on Exhibit "A" and shown on a drawing entitled"Map of Survey Made
For 74 Quaker LLC", Town of Queensbury, County of Warren and the State of New York
prepared by Van Dusen & Steves Land Surveyors, dated May 4, 2018. The survey drawing and
sign specification drawings are collectively attached hereto as Exhibit `B" and made a part
hereof. Said Improvements are intended to benefit tax map parcels 302.6-1-62 (the"Licensee's
Property")
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have hereunto subscribed their names and
affixed their seals all on the day and year first above written.
