RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMENCEMENT OF ACTION INVOLVING
THE QUEENSBURY FOREST PHASE III SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION NO.: 539.95

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town
Attorney to commence an action and file a Sununons with Notice in connection with the development of
infrastructure, including, but not limited to, the drainage facilities associated with the Queensbury Forest
Phase III Subdivision, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby further authorizes an
expenditure of the sums appropriate to acquire an Index Number and file all required papers with Court, in
an amount not to exceed $500., such amount to be paid for from the appropriate Attorney Line Item
Account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby further authorizes the
Town Attorney to retain the services of Fitzgerald Morris Baker Firth to be of counsel in connection with
the action authorized hereby, the cost for such services to be paid for from the appropriate Attorney Line
Item Account and the cost of services not to exceed $1,000.00.
