Box 6265, Syracuse, New York 13217 Phone (315) 254-6891 www.onsite-engineering.us August 7, 2019 Planning & Zoning Boards, As per Shoreline Code 360, we are outlining the landscape and buffering we have done since we bought the property. To date we have planted over 30 bushes, 3 new trees to add to the 4 that were existing when we bought the property and hundreds of plants. We have many retaining walls and rocks to help with rain runoff. We have not taken down any existing trees. You can see by the photos that not only have we put in retaining walls on the hill, but we have planted extensively throughout the 16 years we have lived here. The hill is all rock and very difficult to keep plants growing. My wife hired a landscape artist to help us determine what would grow best on this very rocky surface. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years planting and landscaping and the result, although not what we hope to be a complete perennial garden, is coming along. Not only have we planted on the hill but we have put a perennial garden of shrubs and plants at the road side of the house. We will continue to plant and buffer until we get the hill completely covered with trees, shrubs and plants. Joseph and Cynthia Didio moo;.
