Dear Mr. Hatin:
Attached please-find two copies of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS)
design drawings for 2966 State Route 9L, Queensbury, New York. These drawings
specify the installation of a Clarus ZF450 Fusion to replace an existing septic tank. This
treatment unit is an NSF Standard 40 approved Class I system with a daily design flow of
450 gpd. We have also enclosed checks totaling $75 to cover the application fee. Please
let me know if this_plan is approved.-The selected contractor-or homeowner will stop by
your office and complete the application for the permit.
