This department has received a complaint regarding your failure to complete the
demolition and removal of the Structure at 16 Homer Ave..
An Inspection of the property revealed that you have undertaken partial demolition and
left the structure in disrepair and an unsafe condition.
These are all violations of the New York State Property Maintenance Code and the Town
of Queensbury Unsafe Structure Local Law
This letter is to advise you that the structure must be removed immediately from the
proPerty-
Failure to undertake any action on this property will result in an Unsafe Structure Action
before the Town Board and a Court Summons being issued.
