WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 172,2019 the Queensbury Town Board adopted the Town’s
Written Information Security Policy (WISP), established and appointed members to the Town’s
Information Technology (IT) Security Committee, and appointed Timothy Cruz, Operations
Manager of Stored Tech, as the Town’s IT Security Officer and Chairperson of the IT Security
Committee, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cruz is no longer employed by Stored Tech and therefore the Town Board
wishes to amend Resolution No. 172,2019 to appoint a Stored Tech Representative as the Town’s IT
Security Officer and Chairperson of the IT Security Committee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 172,2019 to
appoint a Stored Tech Representative as the Town’s IT Security Officer and Chairperson of its IT
Security Committee, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 172,2019 in all
other respects.
