Here is a PDF of the drawing. I didn't realize the other picture was not clear. Sony about that.The one
piece is a vacant lot with no septic or well.The other side is 200+feet from existing neighbors septic. Both
noted on the side of the drawing.
Also, I have attached a tax map for the address.

I show the tax map number you gave 278.-1-34 owned by Gwen Perry c/o Mike Perry?
If this is the correct tax map number your address will be 537 State Route 149 Lake George NY
