I am writing you concerning my review of the above-referenced project and to document
our recent conversations regarding the same.
As I understand, you are proposing construction of a single family home on the above
referenced parcel. Based on my review of the plan you submitted,Area Variance relief is
required as the proposed home does not meet the minimum setback requirements of the
Rural Residential; (RR-3A) district.
This letter serves as your denial letter for the processing of your applications. Please note
our required pre-submission meeting requirement when compiling your application
materials.
