Waiver LetterDear Mr. Chairman,
We are writing this letter to request a waiver so that we can use a proposed site plan that we
have created from the survey instead of a stamped survey with the proposed building. Our proposed
site plan is drawn exactly as survey is and was confirmed with the deed. We can guarantee the accuracy
of these drawings because Stephen has been drafting on CAD for over 20 years. He is also the owner of a
construction company for over 10 years and has had a vast experience creating site plans and
architectural drawings.
We understand that there will need to be an as built survey confirming that the building is
located exactly as drawn.
