Dear Planning and Zoning Board
I am writing in response to the request of a survey with the
placement of the pool with deck. I had a contractor from Alpha
Brother’s contracting (518-567-2421) who will be doing the work,
come and measure the pool with deck and placement. The pool is
21’ and will have a 3’ walk around the entire pool with an attached
deck closest to the garage 20’x20’ this will be all enclosed and have
locking stairs. The pool will be 20’ from the back, 13’ from the
neighbor side and 12’ from the front property line (used the
landmarks shown on the current survey). There has been attempts
to get a copy of the survey and CT Male claims due to liability they
will not release a copy.
