Dear Planning and Zoning Board
I am writing in response to the request of a stamped and signed
copy of my survey. I have met with a member in the planning
zoning working on my variance for a 21’ round pool in my side yard
due to property size and shape. I called the company who
preformed the survey that the town has on file (CT Male
Associates). I spoke to a gentleman who said that he would not
sign or stamp a survey he didn’t perform. He informed me that the
person who did the survey has since passed away. I’m looking for
the board to approve the current survey on file without the
signature and stamp.
