Once again, I have not been able to travel to New York this calendar year due to my military assignment. I reported to Annapolis, Maryland in October of 2012 and was planning to travel to our Clements Rd. home in the fall but I could not get leave due to classes being in session. Again, I was going to come over USNA's Spring Break in March, but the weather was still much too cold. 2. 1 will be up in the first half of June 2013 to make the corrections. Classes let out here in late May. I will contact you so that we can meet and review again what needs to be done. 3. 1 have seen that Simpson now makes a structural screw that is approved to replace a IOD nail in their joist hangers.
