Resolutions 1. PB decision Project Description Applicant requests to maintain property disturbance of 35,000 +/- sq. ft. including driveway/paved loop area. Project includes installation of stormwater devices to manage stormwater. Pursuant to Chapter 179-9-020 & Chapter 147 of the Zoning Ordinance, site disturbance and major stormwater shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval. Staff Comments  Location-The project is located at 15 Antigua Road and includes two tax parcels  Arrangement- The existing home parcel is 239.17-1-5 and the existing vacant parcel is 239.17-1-9. The work that has been completed is on the east side of Antigua road  Site Design- The applicant has completed clearing and grading on a portion of each lots installed a paved driveway loop.  Site conditions-The area is described as wooded with underbrush. The area 31,133 sq ft is the existing disturbed area and 35,873 sq ft is the total with the stormwater water measures installed.  Site plan overall The application for disturbance and installation of stormwater measures is before the board for disturbance without approvals. The applicant had work completed on the home and materials were stored across the street. The disturbance occurred in part to assist with house work and to clean- up the lot.  Grading and drainage plan, Sediment and erosion control – The plans show the area cleared, location of the driveway and the stormwater areas to be installed.  Site details  Waivers-Planning staff has reviewed the applicants request for waivers that include items g. site lighting, h. signage, j. stormwater, k. topography, l. landscaping, n traffic, o. commercial alterations/ construction details, p floor plans, q. soil logs, r. construction/demolition disposal s. snow removal.  The waivers requested–Staff finds it reasonable to request a waiver as these items are typically associated with commercial projects.  Pursuant to Section 179-9-050 the Planning Board may grant waivers on its own initiative or at the written request of an applicant. The Board is to review the waivers and to determine if they are to be granted. Summary The applicant has completed a site plan application for existing disturbance and proposed stormwater st management practices. Meeting History: 1 Meeting
