Narrative for October Meeting 900 Route 146 Clifton Park, NY 12065 (P) 518.371.7621 (F) 518.371.9540 edpllp.com September 15, 2019 Town of Queensbury Planning Board 742 Bay Road Queensbury, NY 12804 Attn: Stephen Traver, Chairman Re: Pickett Property – 15 Antigua Road Dear Mr. Traver: Submitted for distribution to your Board for review are 15 sets of additonal Site Plan Review application th documents for the referenced project. As you recall we appeared at the August 27 meeting of the Board and we make this submittal in response to the conditions of the Board’s tabling motion. Submitted herein, as requested, are the following:  Revised Plan Sheet 3 which is the Site Plan now including an additional stormwater management area (shallow grassed swale) in response to a Chazen review comment.  New Plan Sheet 6 which is a Planting Plan which has been added to the plan set by request of the Board. This plan specifies by location and species some supplemental planting of trees in the ‘disturbed area’. At the Board’s directive we met with Town staff to coordinate the content of this plan.  In addition, as per discussions with Town staff, we have provided new Plan Sheets 7 and 8 which provide photos of the wooded lands immediately adjacent to the disturbed (and restored) areas. These photos demonstrate the character of the wooded property prior to the restoration completed by the applicant.  Also note that we have submitted to the Town staff (and Chazen) further information in response to their review comments. As of this date their review is down to one technical comment which we have prepared a further response. I fully expect a final ‘sign-off’ by Chazen prior to the th meeting on October 15. Thank you for your consideration of this supplemental information for this application and we look forward to meeting with the Board at the October 15th meeting.
