Dear Mr. Brown,
I am writing to request the next available time slot on the planning board meeting agenda.
I would like to have an informal discussion with the board about the possibility of
subdividing the property located at 139 Dixon Road. This property is currently zoned as
PR42-A, and so would require a variance to proceed. This property is owned by the
ESTATE of my late sister, Shannon Caifa, of which I am the Executor.
