Dear Planning Board Members:
This office represents Adirondack Factory Outlet Center and David Kenny with regards to the
preparation of the site plan outlining for the Adirondack Factory Outlet facility. On 4/24/18, the
board approved a site plan describing building removals and the construction of a new 12,000-
SF building just south of the existing building (Site Plan 30-2018).
The site plan approval has expired and no changes are proposed from what was approved.
Attached please find the same submission packages from the March, 2018 submission
requesting renewal.
