This work was subject to a permit issued based on a design plan entitled Proposed Septic Tank Replacement, dated May 26, 2008. It is my opinion that the work has been performed and completed in compliance with the intent of the design plan. Final grading and vegetation restoration had yet to be finished but I am confident that the operation of the wastewater system will be significantly improved with the new tank now in-place.
