RESOLUTION REGARDING HAZARDOUS WASTE DAY
RESOLUTION NO. 209, 1991
Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to print and distribute documents,
posters and brochures related to Household Hazardous Waste Cleanup
Day on May 11th, 1991 at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that Town Supervisor is authorized to select the
appropriate Landfill Account against which to charge this
disbursement and submit for normal audit.
