235.91RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN ATTORNEY TO FILE APPEAL
RESOLUTION NO. 235, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury currently is
engaged in a lawsuit involving the Northway Plaza and
WHEREAS, a decision has been recently been rendered in that action
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Attorney to file a Notice of Appeal in that
action from the decision that was made and to undertake and file an
appeal in that case.
