WHEREAS Arthur J. Hillis , collector of said Town, through error
and mistake deposited to the credit of the Town of Queensbury the sum
of $200.80 in the Highway Fund, of his own money and
WHEREAS the said Arthur J. Hillis has filed a certified claim
for said sum,
RESOLVED that the Town board audit and allow the claim for the
said sum of $200.80 of Arthur Hillis and the supervisor be and is here-
by authorized and directed to pay said sum from the Highway Fund upon
receipt of the Warrant directing the payment of said sum to the said
Arthur J. Hillis.

It is felt that the particular services required and the haz-
ardous conditions under which they are performed would prevent you !
from being employed in this construction work or of like construction
work in the district in the future,
however, the above is not to affect the usual services performed
by you as superintendent and collector of the North Glens Falls `dater
Districts which are appreciated.

Accordingly, your services in connection with said construction
in the North Glens Falls Water District Extension are hereby dispensed
with.

the Queensbury Central volunteer Fire Co. Inca
The clerk called the attention of the Board to an assignment
of the moneys which are to become due under the contract of
the Town Board on behalf of the Fire protection district with.
the South Queensbury Voluntee=r Co. Inc. for fire protection
assigning moneys as security for the payment of a promissory note
held by the Gomac Sales. Matter refered. to Cou my Attorney,
The Health Officer called on the Board and expressedhis apprdciation
to the board for their conrperation with him.
