144.91RESOLUTION REGARDING GLEN LAKE ACCESS SITE RESOLUTION NO. 144, 1991 Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza: WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of defining the use of a certain parcel of land owned by the Town of Queensbury, and shown on the Town of Queensbury Tax Map as parcel no.: 38-4-1, which use shall be for canoe and car-top boat access only. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, pursuant to Section 64(3) of the Town Law of the State of New York, hereby determines that a parcel of land lying adjacent to Glen Lake, shown as parcel no.: 38-4-1 on the Town of Queensbury Tax Map, and owned by the Town of Queensbury, shall be used only for canoe and car-top boat access to Glen Lake, with two parking spots to be located thereon, and shall not be used for any other purposes, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to: 1. erect a fence, which fence will allow access to the adjoining property located to the west; 2. place regulatory signs; 3. generally maintain and improve the area; and 4. designate the location of the aforementioned parking spots. Duly adopted this 4th day of March, 1991, by the following vote: Ayes; Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Borgos Noes: None Absent:None
